Hi Bharat,
I like the way you explain every recipe. But i am very much health conscious can you give alternative to deep frying of many vegetarian recipe. I am pure vegetarian and would like to try all the recipe provided they are not deep-fried. I tried garlic bread stick and they came out yummy. Waiting for alternates …:)
Thank youReply

Hi could not wait for yr reply so I tried d tikki . I let d potatoes stay at room temp after taking out of d fridge. It was Gud but very oily , or is it supposed to be very oily as it was being slow fried in oil.
My husband said hey it’s like Delhi ka aloo tikki. Thanx once again n eagerly waiting for yr reply n d eggless version of cake n brownies recepe.Reply
